Students can create their own sentences using the picture story as a guide.


Communicative Crosswords

Students work in pairs.  Students must describe the meaning of the word on their crossword without actually saying the intended word.  This is a fun speaking activity that is highly recommended to reinforce vocabulary.

Correct the Mistakes

Provide the lyrics with several small mistakes.  Students identify the errors.

Transformation Exercises

Using the sentences from the song, students can change them
- from active to passive
- from present to past
- from direct speech to indirect speech

Antonyms/Synonyms

Students find opposite or similar meanings to words used in exercises.
